Meet Dr. Rizal
Dr. Rizal completed his residency from St. Elizabeth's Medical Center (an affiliate of Tufts University) in Boston MA. Upon graduation, he went to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas to complete a psychosomatic medicine fellowship. Dr. Rizal has always had an interest in treatment resistant depression. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his twin daughters and wife.

Dr. Beltagui is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatrist who specializes in helping patients with depression and anxiety. He utilizes the most recent demonstrated advancements in psychiatry to help his patients flourish. Having seen a lot of his patients struggle through conventional methods of treatment, he has a particular interest in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), which has given his patients relief from some of their suffering.
